Billing questions
Is there a free option?
Yes. You can start free, with lower limits and no time limit — the Free column in the detailed table below shows what each section gives you without paying. Where a plan also offers a free trial, its card shows how long it lasts, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Who can take the Student plan?
Students of homoeopathy. Every new account is reviewed by our team; students submit their college details and proof of enrolment, and student pricing opens once the account is approved as a student.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the plan stops renewing. Your records are never deleted — you can still view and export them. There is no refund for the part of a period already started.
Can I switch between monthly, 3 months, 6 months and a year?
Yes — write to us and the new period takes effect at your next renewal. There is no mid-period proration.
Is GST included?
Each plan says so on its card: a price marked “+ GST” has GST added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. Otherwise the price is the charge.
Do you offer institutional pricing?
Yes. Hospitals, colleges and multi-doctor clinics can write to us for institutional or academic pricing and custom invoicing.
