CuraSim vs Synergy Viva
Synergy Viva relaunches Synergy Homeopathic Software with the Reliable Repertory, large libraries and paid add-ons, including the Genie AI assistant.

The short answer
Synergy’s Genie is a token-metered add-on to a desktop library; CuraSim’s AI is part of the product, traced to thirteen named repertories, on any device.
- AI included, not an add-on. Case analysis is part of CuraSim’s Practitioner plan — and every remedy it ranks is traced to the rubrics behind it.
- One account on every device. CuraSim runs in the browser on a Mac, Windows PC, tablet or phone — nothing to install, no licence per machine, no separate mobile subscription.
- The whole practice beside the repertory. Patients, appointments, prescriptions, GST bills, medical certificates, reports and follow-ups on the same record as the repertorization.
- Nineteen interface languages, included. Ten Indian and nine international interface languages at no extra cost — rubrics and remedy names stay in the books’ own English, so a case moves between colleagues.
What Synergy Viva is
Synergy Homeopathic (formerly Kent Homeopathic) builds its editions around the Reliable Repertory, from eight repertories in the Essential edition to thirty-six in Visionary, with a veterinary edition. Genie, a paid add-on, is described as a homeopathically trained AI assistant using the Reliable Repertory and materia medica through an external AI engine, with per-query tokens. RepMaker, DeepView and the Vital Quest sensation module are sold separately.
Where Synergy Viva is genuinely strong
- A homeopathy-trained AI assistant (Genie) backed by its own repertory and materia medica.
- Large libraries, editable repertories and statistics tools.
- Lifetime licences for the main editions, and a veterinary edition.

When Synergy Viva may suit you better
If you want a lifetime desktop licence with a very large library and the Reliable Repertory, Synergy is a serious choice. CuraSim does not license the modern proprietary compilations such as Synthesis, the Complete Repertory or Murphy — its shelf is the classical works, rebuilt from source.
The fairest test is your own: run the same two or three completed, de-identified cases through both, and compare the rubrics each one finds, how clearly it shows its reasoning, and how much you had to correct. CuraSim’s Student plan is free, so that test costs nothing on our side.
Try the comparison on your own cases
Thirteen repertories, AI that shows its working, and the whole patient record — free to start, no card required.
CuraSim is clinical decision support for qualified practitioners. No software replaces clinical assessment, referral, or the prescriber’s responsibility for the remedy, potency and follow-up. Product names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
