Comparison

CuraSim vs RXI Care

RXI Care is a cloud clinical OS for homeopaths — ambient transcription, AI-drafted case notes, practice management, a patient app and ABDM/ABHA integration.

Reviewed 5 October 2026 from RXI Care Technologies Private Limited’s public pages · Clinic & EMR software

The short answer

RXI Care runs the clinic and drafts the notes but has no repertory of its own; CuraSim does both — the clinic and the repertorization.

  • No second program for the repertory. RXI Care suggests rubrics but leaves repertorization to other software. CuraSim includes thirteen repertories and the grid, on the same record.
  • AI that shows its working. CuraSim’s case analysis turns your narrative into real Kent rubrics and a ranked shortlist, and every remedy is traced back to the rubrics that put it there and linked to its Materia Medica.
  • Nineteen languages, not two. Ten Indian and nine international interface languages; rubrics stay in the books’ own English.
  • Start free. CuraSim’s Student plan costs nothing; RXI Care’s plans are annual.

What RXI Care is

RXI Care’s assistant, "Rexi", transcribes consultations, structures mentals, generals and modalities, drafts notes, reads lab reports and suggests rubrics, and the vendor is explicit that it never selects a remedy. Around it sit appointments, billing, WhatsApp prescriptions, teleconsultation, multi-clinic support and ABDM integration. It is designed to sit alongside your existing repertory software.

Where RXI Care is genuinely strong

  • ABDM/ABHA integration and India data residency (AWS Mumbai).
  • A full practice stack, including WhatsApp prescriptions and teleconsultation.
  • A clear stated boundary: the AI drafts, the physician decides.

When RXI Care may suit you better

If ABDM/ABHA integration and ambient scribing are what your clinic needs most, and you are content to keep a separate repertory program, RXI Care is purpose-built for that.

The fairest test is your own: run the same two or three completed, de-identified cases through both, and compare the rubrics each one finds, how clearly it shows its reasoning, and how much you had to correct. CuraSim’s Student plan is free, so that test costs nothing on our side.

Try the comparison on your own cases

Thirteen repertories, AI that shows its working, and the whole patient record — free to start, no card required.

CuraSim is clinical decision support for qualified practitioners. No software replaces clinical assessment, referral, or the prescriber’s responsibility for the remedy, potency and follow-up. Product names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
