The short answer
Complete Dynamics is a fine way to read the Complete Repertory; CuraSim adds the classical shelf, AI case analysis and the whole patient record — free to start.
- AI built in — and it shows its working. Describe the case in your own words and CuraSim proposes real rubrics from Kent’s repertory, weights Mind and Generals, and ranks remedies — each one traced back to the rubrics that put it there and linked to its Materia Medica, inside the same program.
- More than browsing on the free plan. CuraSim’s free Student plan includes the full repertory and search, the Materia Medica and Organon, and up to ten saved cases — not just read-only browsing.
- Nineteen interface languages, included. Ten Indian and nine international interface languages at no extra cost — rubrics and remedy names stay in the books’ own English, so a case moves between colleagues.
- The whole practice beside the repertory. Patients, appointments, prescriptions, GST bills, medical certificates, reports and follow-ups on the same record as the repertorization.
What Complete Dynamics is
Complete Dynamics runs on Windows, macOS and Linux (and Android on paid editions), offline, around Roger van Zandvoort’s Complete Repertory. The free Browser Edition reads the repertory; Practitioner and Master editions add analysis, case management, materia medica, a remedy suggester and differential tools. Non-English repertory translations are paid extras.
Where Complete Dynamics is genuinely strong
- The widest operating-system coverage, including Linux, and it works offline.
- A free edition for reading the full Complete Repertory.
- Flexible licences from one month to ten years, with updates and support included.

When Complete Dynamics may suit you better
If you need to work fully offline, on Linux, or specifically in the Complete Repertory, Complete Dynamics is excellent at that. CuraSim does not license the modern proprietary compilations such as Synthesis, the Complete Repertory or Murphy — its shelf is the classical works, rebuilt from source.
The fairest test is your own: run the same two or three completed, de-identified cases through both, and compare the rubrics each one finds, how clearly it shows its reasoning, and how much you had to correct. CuraSim’s Student plan is free, so that test costs nothing on our side.
Try the comparison on your own cases
Thirteen repertories, AI that shows its working, and the whole patient record — free to start, no card required.
CuraSim is clinical decision support for qualified practitioners. No software replaces clinical assessment, referral, or the prescriber’s responsibility for the remedy, potency and follow-up. Product names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
